Storage Appliance Corp. announces three new Clickfree automatic backup drives featuring larger capacity

Latest Clickfree portable backup drives offer 250, 320 and 500 GB of storage and eliminate forever the risk of losing photos, videos, music and data with less effort than using your toaster
LONDON– Nov. 17, 2008 – Storage Appliance Corp. – the company that introduced an entirely new level of simplicity and security to the crucial task of backing up digital files – today announced the availability of three new automatic backup drives featuring expanded storage capacity.
The new Clickfree Portable Backup HD225, Clickfree Portable Backup HD325 and Clickfree Portable Backup HD525 turn the once-complex task of backing up important digital content such as photos, music, data and video into a completely automatic function.
Clickfree’s breakthrough technology makes saving digital content as easy as connecting your computer via USB cable to either the Clickfree Portable Backup HD225, HD325 or HD525, all of which are designed to automatically search, organise and back up all of your PC data and digital files. Clickfree backup solutions are the only backup solutions that work right out of the box and do not require software installation or configuration and are truly ‘click-free.’
“Other manufactures claim simplicity and automation, but they are totally misleading customers,” says Storage Appliance Corp. CEO, Bryan McLeod. “They also fail to highlight that their products require time-consuming and confusing software installation and configuration on every computer you want to back up. Clickfree is the backup product for people who have better things to do with their time.”
The new Clickfree HD225 features 250 gigabytes of capacity that can store 55,000 songs, more than 100,000 photos and 500,000 digital documents. The HD225 comes in a beautiful cherry red finish and can handle the latest digital file extensions and can back up as many as 15 different PCs.
The new Clickfree HD325 features 320 gigabytes of capacity, enough to store 70,000 songs, 140,000 photos, or 640,000 documents. The HD325, which comes in a stylish royal blue finish, can handle any of the latest digital file extensions and can be used as a backup system with as many as 20 different PCs.
The new Clickfree HD525 features an immense 500 gigabytes of capacity that can store 110,000 songs, more than 200,000 photos and 1,000,000 digital documents. The HD525 comes in a pearl finish, can handle the latest digital file extensions and can back up as many as 25 different PCs.
All the new Clickfree models feature an improved interface and are all competitively priced to deliver incredible value while keeping all of your digital content securely backed up forever. Further to this, all three are small and unobtrusive, easily fitting into your shirt pocket.
McLeod added that Clickfree’s entire lineup of portable hard drives and DVDs are designed for the over 90 percent of computer users who, research shows, fail to regularly backup content on their PCs because they do not have the time, desire or skill to install, set up and use what – up until now – has been based on complex software and hardware products.
