Nik Software arranges free and interactive live-webinars

Online-trainings help photographers to expand their expertise for optimizing their digital images and workflow

Hamburg, 20th May 2009 - Nik Software offers live online-trainings to all interested photographers. These free webinars are facilitated by Nik Softwares product specialists with a long experience in training and highlight all Nik Software products as well as special topics. Furthermore the attendees are invited to interact: Subsequent to the presentation there is a live-chat for asking and discussing questions directly with Nik Software’s experts.

“Due to the new compatibility of our plug-ins with Aperture and Lightroom the number of people with access to our software has highly increased. The trainings are in English and German language and highlight all software products developed by Nik Software, including the award-winning plug-ins Dfine®, Viveza™, Color Efex Pro™, Silver Efex Pro™ and Sharpener Pro™ as well as Nikons® Capture NX 2. The webinars are subdivided into beginners-trainings for photographers with little or no previous knowledge and advanced-trainings starting in October 2009. The beginner classes demonstrate the basic functions and techniques, photographers visiting the advanced classes will deepen their knowledge and receive valuable tips and tricks of the professionals. Furthermore Nik Software offers webinars focussing special topics like optimizing the workflow and wedding, portrait or landscape photography. The webinars comprise a presentation lasting 30-45 minutes followed by a chat where Nik Software’s product specialists attend to the questions of the participants. In the future some well-known guest-trainers like Robin Preston, Calvin Hollywood or Juergen Mueller will present also live-webinars also and will answer to the participants questions.
